Excellent and Simple!! Been walking 5 miles a day for a while and it’s very achievable.
Great book on how to start and maintain a walking regime. With lots of practical advice, walking will become a breeze. It’s great for getting you started on your weight loss journey and developing good habits. 5 miles a day is just a walking shoe away. Surprisingly the author speaks about our walking equipment, and how necessary they are to walking safe. I really enjoyed this chapter.

It’s great inspiration if you’re ready to create lasting change in your health. It makes you want to do better for yourself. I’ve really enjoyed books from this author and look forward to reading more from her.
