Patricia Carlisle is currently serving as a practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients in the Mental Health industry. Patricia has over 14 years of experience working in the field of mental health with individuals; couples and groups using Cognitive-Behavior Therapy Techniques. Apart from seeing clients face-to-face, Patricia also runs a thriving online e-therapy business bringing help to those who are housebound or located where therapy is difficult to find. Her passion as a clinician is to help individuals and families get their life back, freeing them of the restraints of negative thinking, anxiety and depression by using integrative therapy approaches. She puts clients back in charge of their own destiny. Working outside of the box, she goes an extra mile to make sure that clients have access to a Behavioral Health Clinician to help between sessions, something that is greatly appreciated by clients. Patricia has experience working with clients with severe depression; bipolar, personality disorder, PTSD, anxiety, eating disorders, chemical dependency; and other mental health issues. Since gaining her Master Degree in social work, with a focus in Mental Health, she feels professional development is a key to meeting the objectives of her clients. Patricia kept this passion for learning throughout her career including studying for a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Walden University. She is a Educator, Social Worker, Therapist, and Author who also holds certificates in Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
