About the Author
Willem Lammers, DPsych, MSc. TSTA, is a chartered clinical and social psychologist, a psychotherapist, and a consultant to people and organisations. He also certified as a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA). Since 1987 he has been leading a training institute for coaching, counselling, psychotherapy and supervision in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland. In his career as a professional, Willem spent many years on the interface of body, mind and spirit, in systems like transactional analysis, NLP, EMDR, the Reconnection, the Monroe Institute, and Energy Psychology. In 2005, as a result of these explorations, Willem discovered Logosynthesis and has been developing, practicing and teaching it ever since.

If you suffer from stress or relationship pain - use what's taught in this book

I haven't read this book yet! (except the free excerpt) I've only read the previous version that I bought several years ago (see my review there!). However, I just want to say that I've used these techniques for many years and never cease to be impressed by their efficacy.
It's just sentences to say, it's so easy. (then you breathe, and let it process through you, and wait. But that's not too hard either)
It's just awareness that you've been letting someone else dominate you.
It's a quick easy way to take your power back.
It's so nice to know you can feel good so fast.
It's like having three magic wishes every day, and it doesn't interfere with your religious beliefs either, unless your belief was to be powerless or bad!

Willem Lammers has written an outstandingly good book, introducing helping professionals to his Logosynthesis model.You can tell from the clear structure and rich content, that Dr Lammers has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of psychotherapy. His writing and practical approach does justice to the immense complexity of the human psyche, and yet he shows us a deceptively simple way of producing significant and enduring change in unhelpful and stuck patterns, simply using the power of words.I also appreciate the way he includes the spiritual dimension of human beings within his model, an aspect that is so often missing. I found that using his logosynthesis model often produced extraordinary shifts in my clients, even though I was new to working in this way.This book is a real gem for practitioners who wish to expand their repertoire, and when you experience the power of the word, you may be curious to find out more.
